GDG Philippines is organizing the first GDG HackFair in the Philippines this December 19-20, 2015 at the Mind Museum, Bonifacio Global City.

HackFair 2015 is an interactive two-day event where thirty App/Website/IoT that were created using Google Technologies are given the opportunity to be featured.

Apply to be one of the thirty teams/individuals to feature your app/website/IoT! Ideas can range from health, education, productivity, music, arts and culture, social impact, etc. Selected projects are invited for the exhibit and the mini-conference.

Is HackFair a competition?
No, HackFair is not a competition. It is a two-day event where thirty selected apps/website/IoT that were created using Google Technologies are given the opportunity to be featured.
How do I feature my app/website/IoT at the HackFair?

There is no age limit.

Is there a limit to the number of app entries?
No, there are no limits to the number of entries. You can submit more than one entry.
What is the criteria for selection?
A screening committee will be reviewing the projects. Criteria includes usefulness of the app and Google technologies used.
Once selected, do I need to attend both days (December 19 and 20)?
No but it is better if there will be at least one person per day from your team so you can showcase your project to most attendees.
Where can I learn how to develop my ideas?
